Verses: Isaiah 7,8 & 9| Galatians 4| Numbers 16:15| 2 Kings 3:27| 1 Peter 1:18

Topic: LORD! REJECT THEIR OFFERINGS! PART 1.

Text: “And Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.” (Numbers 16:15).

Offerings (sacrifices) are powerful tools for warfare and many times, irrespective of who offers them. They speak in favour of the person because they become a ransom which cannot be denied. Recall the instance of the King of Moab who seeing the fierceness of the battle against him quickly offered his son, his heir who was to reign after him. And the Lord turned against His people the Israelites (2 Kings 3:27).

Child of God, Moses understood this and he declared to the Lord in our text above concerning the offerings of the rebellious group Korah, Dathan, Abiram and others against him, by declaring that the Lord should not have respect for their offering.

You have kept mute all this while because you have not come to the understanding of decreeing against the sacrifices of the enemy against your life and destiny. Who is servicing evil altars against your life and family? Who have vowed to engage all his resources to pull you down? There is a ransom of the blood of Jesus over your destiny which makes the offerings and sacrifices you give super-sacrifices of righteousness, higher than that of the enemy (1 Peter 1:18). Therefore, child of God, engage the weapon of the tongue and declare against the sacrifices of the wicked.

                Prayer

My Father, My Father, as I begin to pray, whoever is offering sacrifices against my life and destiny, let their sacrifices be rejected. May their offerings be in vain by the blood of Jesus.
